These Terms govern your access to and use of BookMyShots, including the public website, account portal, subscription and billing flows, and any linked BookMyShots SaaS workspace features. By using BookMyShots, you agree to these Terms. If you use BookMyShots on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License Grant and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, BookMyShots grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business operations.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by law.
- You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or transmit malicious code.
- You may not interfere with service operation, security, or availability.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and accurate.
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
- We may suspend access to protect users, data, or service integrity.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes
- Paid features are offered as recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Checkout and subscription management are powered by Stripe-hosted billing tools.
- By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation or non-renewal.
- Plan changes, renewals, and cancellation timing are handled according to your selected billing settings.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged for a billing period.
5. Integrations and Third-Party Services
BookMyShots may provide optional integrations and infrastructure dependencies. Availability may vary by plan, region, account configuration, or third-party platform status.
- QuickBooks Online integration is used for accounting workflows, including invoice and refund sync.
- BookMyShots does not request QuickBooks Payments scope for this integration.
- Other integrated services may include Stripe, Google Maps, Calendly, Twilio, Resend, and Convex.
- Third-party services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and operational controls.
- External links are provided for convenience; BookMyShots is not responsible for third-party content or policies.
6. Intellectual Property and Feedback
BookMyShots and related software, content, designs, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. If you provide product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant BookMyShots a worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for product and service improvement.
7. Disclaimer and Limited Liability
BookMyShots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, BookMyShots is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- To the extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to paid services will not exceed amounts paid by you to BookMyShots during the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including billing obligations, intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is provided. Continued use of BookMyShots after updated Terms are effective means you accept the revised Terms.
